Elite Assets may act as a marketing, sales facilitation or channel partner and may present opportunities in association with project owners, developers or partners including JD Homes. Unless expressly stated in a signed transaction document, website presentation does not mean Elite Assets is the legal owner or developer of the underlying property.
2. Indicative marketing information
Prices such as “managed farmhouse with land starts at ₹91 Lakhs*” and “managed farmland starts at ₹58 Lakhs*” are indicative starting references only. Final price depends on the specific inventory, size, specification, taxes, statutory charges, registration, maintenance, additional works, availability and project terms. Images, illustrations, maps, amenities and descriptions may be conceptual or representative unless explicitly identified as actual.
3. Independent verification
Users must independently verify title, ownership, survey details, encumbrances, land classification, conversion or permitted use, access rights, approvals, dimensions, boundaries, utilities, construction permissions, maintenance obligations, taxes and all legal or financial aspects before entering a transaction. Engage independent legal, technical and financial professionals as appropriate.
4. No investment assurance
